Ken Hayes, CPIM, OCP, Vice President of Product Development ProfitKey International
Mr. Hayes joined ProfitKey in 1986 as a technical support representative, and has gone through the ranks of ProfitKey. Mr. Hayes has held such positions as Manager of Technical Support, Application Engineer, Product Manager, Vice President of Research and Development. Mr. Hayes is currently responsible for Product Development and ProfitKey Professional Services. Mr. Hayes has worked with hundreds of ProfitKey customers, assisting with their implementation of Rapid Response Manufacturing software.
He has been APICS certified since 1990, and became an Oracle Certified Professional in 2001. Ken graduated from the University of Lowell with a BS in Business Administration – Industrial Marketing.
