In the software advice post ‘Manufacturers Are Hiring Again…‘ by ERP Market Analyst, Derek Singleton, we are shown that U.S. manufacturers have already “added over 100,000” jobs in 2011. The major question is posed: is there a shortage of desired skills out in the workforce?
As I have mentioned in previous posts, there is an undoubtedly strong surge within the U.S. manufacturing industry which does not appear to be slowing or dwindling. I am curious to know if you are seeing this common trend and, if so, are you able to find good help to fill these positions which appear to be highly technical jobs?
