3000 MHz (Minimum 2800 MHz),Intel Pentium IV/Xeon or AMD processor with Windows 2003 server as defined by the Microsoft Windows Hardware Compatibility List. Contact your account manager for the most up-to-date hardware compatibility list.
1 GB or more plus 4MB per user. Additional memory may be necessary depending upon server and/or LAN configuration (Minimum 512 MB RAM plus 4MB per user).
7200 RPM SATA Drives preferred with 50 GB of available space.
ProfitKey Software may reside on the Network Server or on a separate Application Server attached to the LAN as a node. (This must be a server dedicated solely for the RRM system and should not have other applications running on it.)
Direct Internet Connection for Technical Support.
PKI recommends that a system back up device is present and the administrator trained in its use.
