Rapid MES includes the RRM Document Management module. All documents maintained in Item, Work Center, and Operations folders for the job being processed are viewable from the Operator Console. Documents in folders can be printed on local or network printers.
A seamless integration with the Operations Monitor ensures efficient and effective management of the shopfloor activity.
RRM Rapid MES is seamlessly integrated with all other RRM functions and modules including scheduling, dispatching, and costing.
The Rapid MES interface is designed to allow new users to quickly get up to speed and start using it with confidence. Full implementation requires just one on-site day.
A single LAN Client PC can serve multiple operators or be used as a kiosk. Front office seats are not needed. Rapid MES is licensed on a flat fee basis.
A separate 3rd party software package can be licensed to provide viewing access to 250 different document and drawing types. The viewer also provides markup capability without changing the original drawing.
