Knowledge Base

Our approach to knowledge management is founded on a self-learning knowledge base that is customer-driven, where customer interactions drive content and structure. Powered by, Right Now Technology, our help desk online application, the knowledge base completely integrates across all communication channels. This dynamic and automated approach results in relevant, up-to-date information available to customers.

Technical Support

The Technical Support Department provides a Web based program for supporting ProfitKey users over the internet and remote service. Our Rapid Response web support enables our customers to find answers they need on line quickly and easily. This powerful e-business tool unleashes the full power of the internet by eliminating email backlogs, automating technical service, and improving efficiency in both cost and time. Our customers can also check the status of their open incidents. ProfitKey offers its customers annual maintenance contracts, which entitles the customer to incident support and new releases of the software. Representatives in the Technical Support group average more than 12 years of product support and systems experience.

Professional Services

Our Professional Services group offers you a full range of support services. You can choose from several levels of support, depending on your goals, project schedules, expertise, and budget. Their experience varies but our Manufacturing Consultants were all previous users of Rapid Response Manufacturing and held key positions within either manufacturing operations and/or production. Several are also APICS certified.

Information Technology/Network Consulting

Additionally, our Information Technology group will assist clients in hardware selection; network design; network management; Internet connectivity; shop floor labor data collection device connectivity; installation; and annual support agreements. Our personnel are Oracle and Microsoft certified in Relational Databases and Installations with a working knowledge of SQL Server Installation and Administration.
