Overview:
Your organization will always perform better when you and your coworkers act as a team, which is why teams are so important in modern management. It is a well-known fact that organizations with team structures tend to function more smoothly and be more productive and quality oriented than organizations without them.
This two day workshop, we will highlight why teams are so effective.
We will brainstorm and practice these elements. We will choose and charter teams, using one or more elements of the RRM implementation as our key focal team activities.

Overview:
A proper infrastructure support system depends on the on rolls and responsibilities executed by the staff on a daily basis. Certain functions must be in place to support the companies day to day manufacturing process. This session is an extension of Material Management methodology. Job Descriptions relative to materials management are discussed in details. Outlines are prepared.
