Total Quality Management
Overview:
Total Quality Management is a breakthrough in management attitudes. It is an economically sound, prevention based quality system aimed at productivity improvement with a customer first focus. TQM promotes a systematic change in how we design, manufacture and market products in accord with our companys statement of mission.
ProfitKey International offers an introductory TQM training session aimed at staff and line managers in companies pursuing a TQI (Total Quality Initiative) program. The session can be from 3 to 4 days long, depending on the size of your company and the amount of exercises you wish to include.
ProfitKey International also offers longer (6- 18 month long) on-site management of the comprehensive, company wide TQM program, part of which could be the preparation and pre-audit for quality systems certification (ISO 9000, QS 9000, STM, ASME, etc.).
