Conference Reservations

The ProfitKey User Group has again selected America Travel as the official Travel Management Company and Meeting Planners for the 2009 conference. America Travel on behalf of The ProfitKey User Group has negotiated blocked space for all attendees.

Reservations must be made through America Travel to meet ProfitKey User Group conference contract guarantees.

Reservations will only be taken via Internet or fax booking and will not be taken over the telephone. If you have questions, America Travel will be happy to answer them for you by calling 800 221-TRIP or email INFO@americatravel.com.

Accommodations

A block of rooms has been contracted by the PKUG at a conference rate and is offered to attendees through the Internet at www.americatravel.com secure site and fill out the PKUG 2009 Secure Registration Form for Air/Hotel/Car requests and SUBMIT or print a copy and fax to America Travel at 603.898.7323. You will receive a hotel confirmation back within 72 business hours. America Travel will find you the lowest airfares available at time of booking, validate your hotel reservation and rental car and reconfirm the arrangements with you directly. No telephone orders permitted. No air will be booked without confirmation from you.

$189/night plus tax (currently 12.45%) Single/Double occupancy. $214 for Triple occupancy.
